The VWR High-Flow Turbo 90 for MQB Golf 7 GTI/R and Audi S3 has been engineered as a simple upgrade to significantly increase air flow into the turbocharger. It’s the perfect complement to either our VWR R600 Cold Air Intake, the standard airbox or indeed any other aftermarket intake system.

The VWR Brake Line Kits, made from the finest reinforced braided stainless steel are the pinnacle of brake line technology, race-proven in the most demanding of conditions for all Golf 7 and MQB-platform cars (although only those with electronic parking brake).

These direct-replacement Brake Lines help to avoid the spongy pedal feel under demanding conditions as heat build-up grows, giving greater braking efficiency as well as providing superior resistance to any damage or corrosion.

Looking for the most sophisticated cold-air intake available for your MQB-platform EA888 Gen3 car. The R600 intake is the world’s best selling system for this platform, and it’s little wonder as it combines OEM-standard design and quality with significant power gains on uprated cars.

Some people forget that it’s what’s inside that matters when it comes to intake systems. The R600 houses a double-sized Trifoam® dome filter inside the giant airbox, breathing in through twin air inlets to achieve lower intake temperatures and worthwhile power gains, significantly improving mass airflow through the turbo. It really is an essential upgrade for higher-powered Golf 7 GTI, R and S3 models.

The VWR Intercooler System is the best performing intercooler upgrade on offer for the MQB-platform Golf 7 GTI, R and Audi S3, with proven race championship performance to back that up. The VWR Oil Catch Tank & Oil Management System is the ultimate oil separating catch can system for MQB EA888 Gen3 2.0T engine cars.

Not all catch cans are created equal. The VWR system has a dual function: as well as routing undesirable oil and moisture vapours through a sophisticated system of internal baffles and a fully baffled catch can, the VWR Oil Catch Can System also takes our track & motorsport experience of these engines to correct the problem of oil build-up in the top of the engine during high-G braking. If you use your VWG vehicle on a daily basis and are only looking to uprate one aspect of your car, you can’t do better than VWR Sport Springs.

What do they do? Well, by replacing the car’s four standard springs with re-engineered, different-rate and slightly shorter Sport Springs, the vehicle’s center of gravity is lowered, reducing body roll for better dynamics, whilst maintaining the ride quality and comfort of your car. No other changes are needed, it’s as simple as that.

If you are serious about high performance driving with some track use thrown in, the VWR Solid Adjustable Top Mounts really give a night-and-day difference to wheel control and geometry, and make a great upgrade to your VWR coilover suspension kit.

The front camber angle on VWG cars is fixed as standard. For track and high-performance use, additional negative camber is highly desirable. The VWR Solid Adjustable Top Mounts allow this geometry to be altered to transform front-end grip.

If you’ve lowered your car, the VWR Adjustable Drop Links are an essential upgrade to zero the pre-load on your anti-roll bar geometry, plus add stiffness and precision by replacing the stock rubber joints with rose joints.

The drop link attaches the front anti roll bar ends to the front damper. The OEM links were made the length they are for a reason – to compliment the standard ride height. When you lower ride height, the car will now be pulling your anti roll bar ends up, pushing it out of its operating window, and forcing the link to sit at a sharper angle.

When it comes to sport dampers at an affordable price, the compromise between performance and comfort has been a persistent dilemma for keen drivers and enthusiasts. With the RacingLine Performance Sport Damper kit, which consists of two front and two rear Tri-Valve dampers, this dilemma becomes a thing of the past for Golf 5, 6, Scirocco and the other VWG cars on the A5-platform at an affordable price.

Extensive development from our vast race set-up experience on the VWG A5 platform ensures superior road-holding and a positive transformation in handling characteristics, all achieved without compromising comfort; guaranteeing greater stability, control and therefore driving pleasure.

Whilst we recommend the VWR Lower Engine Mount upgrade alone for road cars, to harness more significant power increases and transfer that power to the track, this full Uprated Drivetrain Mount Set is essential to give a much more solid drive, and crucially add durability to any hard-driven car.

Derived directly from our unique and highly effective VWR Monotube Full Race suspension kit, the TrackSport uses the exact same lightweight shortened damper bodies, coilover rear dampers, plus inverted construction ‘thick-stem’ fronts as our Full Race kit does, and incorporates every possible upgrade that we offer.

The VWR High-Flow Turbo Inlet Pipe for MQB Golf 7 GTI/R plus Audi S3 has been engineered to increase air flow through to the turbocharger as the perfect compliment our VWR R600 Cold Air Intake or even the standard airbox.

A simple fitment, it replaces the entire restrictive rear factory plastic ‘bellows’ pipe between the airbox and the turbocharger inlet pipe.

DPF Removal, EGR & Adblue Disable

The DPF hardware can be removed by emptying the contents of the DPF box or fitting a replacement pipe. Once done we can re-program the ECU on the bench to remove the DPF functions. The DPF regeneration problem is associated with all late diesels including BMW, Audi, VW, Seat, Skoda and many more.

DPF removal and ECU remapping is available for Audi, Seat, Skoda, VW, BMW. DPF removal is useful for taxi, rental and commercials as it removes regeneration downtime, makes for better performance and improves fuel economy.
